Double-Deck Water Immersion Retort

Product Introduction

Products can keep still in the retorts and totally immersed in water. The buoyancy of water will significantly reduce the gravity of stacked products, resulting in minimum package deformation. Especially in rectory retorts, the wear, tear and deformation resulting from rotary will be kept to a minimum.

Material: 304 stainless steel

Diameter: 700mm, 900mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm (Note: automatic loading and delivery system is needed for retorts with over 1500mm diameter.)

Capacity: 1 to 6 crates per retort

Maintenance: low maintenance rate

Energy saving: excellent in saving energy because hot water is recyclable.

Metal can, PE bottle, plastic pouch, etc.
